Easter 2013 at Home

Coming downstairs to see what the Easter bunny had left inside

Mmmm...Peeps

Easter 2013 with Grandparents

On Easter, we headed to Grandma B's house for our egg hunt and lunch at her house.  Her neighborhood hosts this and hats are supposed to be the thing to do, so each of the kids including Elise had their own hat.  We walk to it from Grandma's house though the girls rode in the stroller.

He was the first one through the gates.  He didn't waste any time this year.

Not wasting any time
After naps for the kids at Grandma B's, we headed over to Grandma and Grandpa K's house.  There, they had a hunt inside the house since it was a bit muddy at their house after the snow had melted.  Elise was also meeting her Aunt and Uncle and cousins, as well as, her great grandparents that day for the first time.

End of March and Meeting More Family

Coloring on St. Patty's Day.  We love to color and some of us love to color on tables and chairs (eheheh...girl on left).  But it is a great way to spend a rainy day as this was.

 Um, sweetness wrapped in fleece.

We have really been digging dress up and there are some days that get really interesting.  Clare in a tutu  and a bandana around her neck and the inside of a construction hat and Hayden with his tool belt and velvet dress gloves.

It was so cold this day.  We were stir crazy and had to get some fresh air.  Spring was taking too long to get here this year.  So we just bundled up for a bit and burnt off energy.

Aunt Rach came in and stayed with us and met Elise for the first time.  Elise even smile at her.  I think they are bonding already.

Elise at 1 Month

This cutie is 1 month in these pictures.  I love catching the sleeping pictures.  They are so peaceful and
relaxed.  I'm getting sleepy just looking at her.  Though that's not hard for me to be sleepy these days.  I love her so much and she melts my heart every time she smiles at me.

Sibling Sweetness

I loved these pictures of Hayden and Elise especially.  He doesn't want to cuddle that much and isn't too interested in the baby phase as Clare, very much is.  So when he wanted to hold Elise I got my camera out.  He was being so gentle with her and it was such a sweet moment.  Clare is still plotting how to take care of the baby on her own.  However, you can see its a stretch to get her little arms all the way around the baby.  They both love her but it was sweet to see big brother take an interest in her today.
